∎ Diploma in Computer, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ Skills Required: Adobe Photoshop, Capcut, Microsoft Excel, Photo Editing, SEO and Digital Marketing, Web Design

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Order Processing: Process online orders promptly and accurately, ensuring that customers receive their purchases in a timely manner.
∎ Inventory Management: Keep track of the inventory, update stock levels, and ensure that popular items are restocked to avoid stockouts.
∎ Product Listing and Descriptions: Create product listings with clear and compelling descriptions, along with high-quality images to showcase the clothing items effectively.
∎ Website Maintenance: Regularly update the website with new product arrivals, promotions, and any other relevant information to keep the site current and engaging for customers.
∎ Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues or complaints in a friendly and professional manner, either through email, live chat, or phone.
∎ Order Fulfillment: Coordinate with the warehouse and shipping partners to ensure that orders are properly packed and shipped out to customers promptly.
∎ Payment Processing: Monitor payment transactions and ensure secure and smooth payment processing for customers.
∎ Data Analysis: Analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify trends and make data-driven decisions for optimizing the online store's performance.
∎ Social Media Management: Assist with managing the company's social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook and ecommerce online shop), posting content, responding to comments, and engaging with the online community.
∎ Promotions and Marketing Support: Support marketing initiatives, such as preparing email newsletters, creating promotional banners, and contributing ideas for marketing campaigns.
∎ Customer Retention Strategies: Assist in implementing strategies to retain existing customers, such as loyalty programs, personalized offers, and follow-up emails.
∎ Product Research: Keep abreast of the latest fashion trends and conduct research on competitors' products to ensure the store's offerings are up-to-date and competitive.
∎ Localization and Cultural Sensitivity: Ensure that the website and communication are culturally sensitive and tailored to the target audience in Dubai.
∎ SEO Optimization: Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize product listings and the website for search engines to improve organic visibility.
∎ Returns and Refunds Handling: Process customer returns and refunds efficiently, ensuring compliance with the company's policies and local regulations.
∎ Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with the marketing, design, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations and a unified brand experience.
∎ Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the eCommerce processes and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
∎ Stay Updated on eCommerce Trends: Keep up with the latest eCommerce industry trends and advancements to ensure the company stays ahead of the competition.
∎ As an eCommerce Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the online clothing retail shop's success by efficiently managing various aspects of the eCommerce platform and providing exceptional customer support.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 24 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 8000 - 12000 (Monthly)
