Responsibilities & Context:
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated E-commerce Data Entry Executive to manage and update product listings on our Shopify store. Responsibilities include entering accurate product data, uploading images, optimizing content for SEO, and monitoring inventory. Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and strong organizational skills are essential to keep our online store accurate and up to dateImport and update product data, descriptions, images, prices, and inventory details on the Shopify website.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Listing Accuracy – Ensure all product information is correct and consistent across categories.
Image & Alt Text Management – Upload and format product images with proper alt text in line with website standards.
SEO Optimization – Maintain titles, descriptions, and tags that improve search visibility and rankings.
Error Checking & Correction – Identify and fix any mistakes in product or website data promptly.
Team Coordination – Work with marketing, design, and inventory teams to implement timely product updates.
Content Monitoring – Regularly review website content for outdated or incorrect information and update as needed.
Reporting – Create and maintain reports tracking product listings and data changes.
Content Auditing – Conduct scheduled audits to spot and correct content or data issues.
