Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The candidate must be Self-driven, capable to increase the market share as a continuous sales process. Create opportunities of exploring market . Must be a geed team mate and a leader as well.The incumbent shall be responsible for overall sales of a designated area. Contact and manage sales team. To achieve monthly sales targets. Ensure the dues recovery. Ensure to promote the brand (Business). Visits retailers and monitors performance & motivating them to reach targets. Implements strategies and techniques to drive sales growth in the assigned area. Implements projects and trials for the area to ensure sustainable growth and profitability. Keeps himself update regarding competitor's activities and local market conditions. Analyze market trends to understand competitors and forecast sales. Any other task assigned by the management.

∎ 2 Festival Bonus, Mobile Bill, TA at actual, DA according to company`s policy. Attractive incentive shall be given on sales target achievement.
