Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The candidate must be Self-driven, capable to increase the market share as a continuous sales process. Create opportunities of exploring market .
∎ Must be a geed team mate and a leader as well.
∎ The incumbent shall be responsible for overall sales of a designated area.
∎ Contact and manage sales team.
∎ To achieve monthly sales targets.
∎ Ensure the dues recovery.
∎ Ensure to promote the brand (Business).
∎ Visits retailers and monitors performance & motivating them to reach targets.
∎ Implements strategies and techniques to drive sales growth in the assigned area.
∎ Implements projects and trials for the area to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
∎ Keeps himself update regarding competitor's activities and local market conditions.
∎ Analyze market trends to understand competitors and forecast sales.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
