Educational Requirements:
∎ MBBS or Master of Public Health/ Master Degree in any discipline with relevant experience.

Job Context:
∎ Dhaka Ahsania Mission (DAM) is a non-government development organization founded in 1958 by Khan Bahadur Ahsanullah, an eminent educationist, reformer and Sufi with the aim of social and spiritual development of entire human community. DAM has been contributing for the betterment of the disadvantaged population through operating 35 institutions and also 8 sectors of development. Health & WASH Sector is one of the core sectors of DAM which has also been operating 9 institutions and 16 donor funded projects.
∎ DAM Health & WASH Sector is going to recruit a competent and self-motivated individual for the position of Junior/Assistant Accounts & Admin Officer for Road Safety Projects. It`s a Dhaka based position which will act as the key person of finance operations.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform project activity implementation, coordination and facilitation:
∎ Responsible for directing, organizing and controlling project activities, managing the existing resources, communicating with donors/stakeholders whenever delegated by Country Coordinator as well as consolidating reports for submitting to Country Coordinator.
∎ Counter check and validate data collection forms submitted by the Supervisor- Data Collection.
∎ Implement all project activities to all stakeholders at all level from the Division down to the community.
∎ Oversee the implementation of community-based WHS+ activities, monitoring and evaluation, monthly staff meeting in Provincial level.
∎ Establish and maintain a standard and systematic recording and reporting system that will provide consistent, accurate and timely information.
∎ Submit monthly and quarterly program accomplishment reports, monthly itinerary and others to Country Coordinator in a timely and accurate manner
∎ Provide overall management and supervision to Field Supervisor, and other Divisional level staff.
∎ Perform and complete other necessary tasks assigned by Country Coordinator.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ At least 3-year experiences in Research project management especially in Public Health Research; experience working with NGOs will be an added value.
∎ Strong Interpersonal and leadership skills, as well as a team player
∎ Able to handle work efficiently and accurately under time constraints
∎ Excellent reporting skills.

Salary: Negotiable
