Operations Management
Coordinate with departments for smooth hospital functioning.
Procurement & Inventory
Manage purchases and stock of medical supplies and equipment.
Staff Supervision
Support HR in recruitment, training, and performance monitoring.
Quality & Patient Services
Ensure quality care and address patient feedback or complaints.
Emergency & Safety
Help plan for disaster response and maintain hospital safety standards.
