Additional Requirements:
∎ You will ideally have a well-developed understanding of higher education in the national and international context. Demonstrated success of building developmental activities for young adults would be highly beneficial as would experience of managing the activities of diverse membership groups. Furthermore, evidence of understanding and successfully responding to the needs of a broad stakeholder groups will be required.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with young adults is essential. Experience of undertaking similar previous assignments would be beneficial.
