Additional Requirements:
∎ You will build a careers service that enables students to fully examine future career opportunities, make well informed decisions and develop the skills and experience needed to successfully gain graduate level employment. You will also develop strong working relationships with a range of corporate partners to support curricular development activities, research collaborations and increase opportunities for vocational work experience.
∎ You will ideally have a well-developed understanding of the role of the career services function within a progressive higher education institution. Demonstrated awareness of the way in which work is evolving in knowledge-based economies and ability to build developmental opportunities that enable students to prepare effectively for future employment is required.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a diverse group of colleagues and external stakeholders is essential. Experience of undertaking similar previous assignments would be beneficial.
