Job Responsibilities:
∎ You will build a careers service that enables students to fully explore future career opportunities, make well informed decisions and develop the skills and experience needed to successfully gain graduate level employment in Bangladesh's diversifying economy. You will also build a comprehensive alumni relation function recognizing the importance of this key stakeholder group to the University now and in the future.
∎ You will ideally have a well-developed understanding of the role of the career services function within a progressive higher education institution. Demonstrated awareness of the way in which career opportunities are evolving in knowledge-based economies and the ability to build developmental opportunities that enable students to prepare effectively for future employment is required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a diverse group of colleagues and external stakeholders is essential. Experience of undertaking similar previous assignments would be beneficial.
