Job Responsibilities:
∎ As a mentor/trainer, you will be responsible to deliver training to the enrolled students to build them as professionally skilled persons in Digital Marketing and help to build students' careers in freelancing. You will be involved in all aspects of training, assessing students, creating and working with course materials, and delivering training.
∎ Follow the course curriculum and help the students to make progress and complete the courses based on the curriculum within the course duration.
∎ Conducting training sessions to educate participants on various digital marketing topics, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics.
∎ Developing comprehensive training materials, presentations, and hands-on exercises to enhance participants' understanding and practical skills.
∎ Staying up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and tools in the digital marketing industry to ensure the training content remains current and relevant.
∎ • Assessing participants' progress, providing constructive feedback, and offering personalized support to ensure their continuous improvement.
∎ Collaborating with the training team to create new training modules and refine existing ones based on feedback and industry developments.
∎ Inspiring and motivating participants to take their digital marketing knowledge to the next level and excel in their careers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 42 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Flexible with field visits.
∎ Understand innovative digital advertising strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
∎ Knowledge in Advanced SEO and Advanced Facebook marketing is an added advantage.
∎ Excellent speaking, listening and writing English.
∎ Vast knowledge and working experience with SEO, Google Ads, Online research, SMM, Email marketing, Social media marketing and Digital Marketing and it is a must.
∎ Accurate, fast keying skills and sound knowledge of computer applications. Proven ability to collect and manage information efficiently and accurately.
∎ Able to quickly understand both the learner's and company's needs and adjust priorities according to the learner's and team's needs.
∎ Experience in training and freelancing in marketing places such as Fiverr & Upwork will be preferred.
∎ Be able to provide honest, accurate, appropriate feedback, have good ethical judgment, and work under pressure. Driven to be challenged, develop, and expand own skills.
∎ Mature, Professional, and yet approachable. Mentors must be willing to share their knowledge and should have a wide range of experience.
∎ Able to interact and deal with people from all levels and all backgrounds.
