Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Analyze lead generation metrics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results and increase lead quality.
∎ Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives, and to facilitate lead handoff and follow-up processes.
∎ Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms such as social media, email, and youtube advertising.
∎ Create engaging content for digital channels including website, social media posts, and email newsletters.
∎ Manage and optimize social media accounts to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness.
∎ Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitors.
∎ Analyze digital marketing metrics such as website traffic, click-through rates, and conversion rates to measure campaign effectiveness.
∎ Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
∎ Collaborate and monitor graphic designers and other team members to produce high-quality digital assets.
∎ Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
∎ Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency in campaign management.
∎ Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on the performance of digital marketing efforts.
