Responsibilities & Context:

🔍 Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our end-to-end digital marketing initiatives for a growing Super Shop brand. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working with leading Super Shop brands such as Proven working experience in reputed super shop chains
(Such as Swapna, Agora, Meena Bazar, Daily Shopping, Shawano Express, Lavenda, or equivalent)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals

  • Plan, manage, and optimize Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, YouTube & Marketplace campaigns

  • Lead brand positioning, online promotions, and campaign planning

  • Analyze performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager

  • Manage content strategy, creatives, offers & campaign calendars

  • Coordinate with graphic designers, vendors, and store teams

  • Drive footfall, sales growth, and brand visibility through digital channels

  • Monitor competitors and market trends in the retail/super shop sector
