Responsibilities & Context:
Role Summary
We are seeking a Web Motion Intern(GSAP-focused) to create smooth, intentional, and performant web animations. This role blends motion design principles with frontend development, focusing on timeline-based animation, visual hierarchy, and responsive motion.
Responsibilities
Build animations using GSAP (to, from, fromTo, timelines)
Create sequenced motion (entrances, emphasis, exits, CTAs)
Ensure animations are responsive and scalable
Optimize for performance (transform/opacity-first)
Translate design concepts into clear motion
Debug and refine animations using browser tools
Required Technical Skills
HTML5 & CSS/SCSS fundamentals.
JavaScript (ES6+, DOM manipulation, events)
GSAP timelines, easing, sequencing
Required Motion / Design Skills
Understanding of timing, easing, anticipation, follow-through
Sense of visual hierarchy and restraint
Nice to Have
SVG animation basics
After Effects or motion reference
