Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Set up and manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns
∎ Create custom & lookalike audiences
∎ Optimize ad budget and performance (CTR, ROAS, etc.)
∎ Write ad copy in Bangla & English
∎ Coordinate with the design team for ad creatives
∎ Manage Pixel and Conversion API settings
∎ Report campaign performance weekly
∎ Communicate with clients on WhatsApp or Messenger
