Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketer with strong practical knowledge of organic marketing, SEO and AI tools to grow our online presence and generate measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute organic marketing strategies to increase reach, engagement and audience growth across relevant digital channels.
- Conduct keyword research and improve website visibility through on-page SEO and technical SEO fundamentals.
- Plan, manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns and analyze results.
- Develop content ideas, copy and content calendars tailored to our brand and audience.
- Use AI tools for content creation, market and competitor research, and data analysis; verify and refine AI-generated outputs.
- Monitor marketing performance, prepare reports and recommend improvements.
Job Details:
Monthly Salary: BDT 20,000-22,000.
Work Arrangement: Full-time, on-site.
Office Hours: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.
Weekly Day Off: Saturday.
Office Location: House# 762, Road# 10, Avenue# 6, Mirpur DOHS, Dhaka 1216.
Our priority is practical expertise in organic marketing, SEO and AI-powered workflows. Experience limited to Facebook boosting or basic ad campaign management is not sufficient for this role.
