• Age At least 30 years

Lead the Wash development team for their assigned categories. Manage team performance, deliverables. 

Provide input in the development of the E2E calendar and communicate with the cross functional partners on key milestones and improvements.

Execute/monitor the formulation & development of different Wash techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Lead and manage Wet & Dry Wash processes

·       Set and review Wash Standards & Processes.  Develop new Wet process trends

·       Evaluate Sample & Bulk Wash Approvals

·       Effectively communicate with Production Units & Laundry's

·       Collaboratively work with Development Team on Washing comments & improvements

·       Support Product Development team on Costing issues, Improvements & Accuracy

·       Implement and maintain the Wash Library

·       Track Process and monitor production deadlines

·       Develop new washes and finish together with the designers and laundries

Key Relationships:

·       Report to Senior Product Developer

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

·       Extensive knowledge of Fabric Qualities in Denim & Non-Denim

·       Extensive knowledge of Textiles processing, Wash Development Techniques (Wet & Dry), Finishing and Dyeing/Printing Techniques

·       Working knowledge of PLM

·       Good command of spoken & written English

·       Passionate about Wash Development through Design to Cost elements

·       Motivated by overcoming challenges & finding solutions

·       Driven by developing their team through effective coaching & leading
