Required Qualifications & Skills

Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for a highly dedicated, responsible, and proactive female Junior Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in interior design, architectural planning, client communication, and site supervision. She must be willing to work in a dynamic environment, handle clients professionally, and travel to project sites both within and outside Dhaka as required.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in architectural planning, interior design, 2D drawings, and 3D visualization.
Communicate with clients, understand their requirements, and provide professional support.
Visit project sites in Dhaka and outside Dhaka for measurements, supervision, and progress monitoring.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and the internal team.
Monitor site execution to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with approved designs.
Prepare design presentations, quotations, project updates, and other required documents.
Maintain regular communication and follow up with clients regarding project progress.
Manage assigned tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
Maintain daily work reports, site visit records, and project documentation.
