Bikroy Marketplace Ltd. is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Management Trainee Officer (MTO) to support business growth through customer acquisition, sales development, and relationship management.
Job Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new customers and business sellers.
Promote Bikroy’s paid services and advertising solutions.
Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, and client meetings.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Maintain sales records, update CRM, and prepare regular reports.
Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
