Responsibilities & Context
What you will do
• Explain land title, JV structure and development potential for each project
• Prepare location and market analysis, comparables and project feasibility summaries
• Verify FAR, ground coverage, floor plate and saleable area calculations in project materials
• Prepare transparent, clearly labelled illustrative return calculations
• Join investor meetings, answer technical questions and maintain the investor document pack
What we are looking for
• Bachelor's degree in architecture, civil engineering, real estate, urban planning, finance or business
• 3-6 years in real estate development, property consultancy, valuation or investment analysis
• Knowledge of land title, FAR, BOQ, RAJUK approvals and feasibility studies in Dhaka
• Strong Excel modelling, comparable analysis and careful checking of numbers
• Explains technical points simply; excellent English and Bangla; precise and honest about what is unverified
