Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Graphic Design: Design social media posts, website graphics, brochures, and other marketing materials. Maintain brand consistency.
∎ • Digital Marketing: Manage social media, run online ads (Facebook, etc.), create email campaigns, what’s app campaigns, lead generate and track performance.
∎
∎ Additional Requirements:• Experience in graphic design with a portfolio and digital marketing at least 3 years.• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.• Experience with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, social media scheduling tools, online ads and email marketing platforms.• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
∎ • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
∎ • Skills Required: Digital Marketing (Social Media Marketing), Graphics Design, Photoshop, Adobe illustrator & InDesign.
∎ • Computer knowledge and typing skill in mandatory (English and Bangla in Bijoy is essential).
