Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom)
∎ Qualified Chartered Accountant-ACA/ITP with 15 years' Experience
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have sound and updated knowledge on Income Tax Rules and Regulations.
∎ Planning and execution of the Income Tax management system with a proper understanding of the business nature of the company.
∎ Should have working experience in preparing income Tax Return of both the individual and companies.
∎ Monitor and coordinate all the statutory compliance as per Income Tax Ordinance 1984, and other rules and regulations.
∎ Computation of Income-tax based on the company's financial statements and other information related to the tax return and guided by NBR directives.
∎ Ensure the submission of Income Tax return in due time.
∎ Attend the hearing and explain the position of the company before the DCT Office, Joint Commissioner Office and Commissioner Office for the purpose of completion of the assessment.
∎ Monitor withholding tax management system following NBR's latest directives.
∎ Maintain liaison and closely work with Tax circle offices and solve the barriers related to company Tax issues.
∎ Must have the ability able to manage the legislative authority of Tax and Faces Appeal, Tribunal, Higher Court etc. as per company's requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 10 years Tax handling practical experience with NBR, Tax circle, Appellate Tribunal etc.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s). Accounting and VAT, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax).
∎ WITHOUT PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE IN TAX & VAT NEED NOT TO APPLY.
