Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/ Masters in Accounting or Finance from a reputed public/private university.
∎ Professional degree from ICAB (ACA/FCA)/ Part completed would be preferable.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent to be responsible for:
∎ Strategic financial & business planning to include effective management, control & disbursement of fund, monitoring budgetary control system & ensuring accounts update on a regular basis.
∎ Prepare yearly Sales, Revenue and Capital Budget.
∎ Prepare product costing along with cost analysis.
∎ Manage financial controls and accounting procedures.
∎ Ensure full transparency over the financial performance of the company.
∎ Maintain speed and accuracy of billings and client payments.
∎ Tracking cash flow & financial planning.
∎ Liaison and negotiating with financial institutions, managing day to day treasury related function.
∎ Capable to prepare Financial, cash flow, financial forecasting, balance sheet, budget & budgetary control of the whole accounts of the company efficiently
∎ To ensure internal control system through Finance, Accounts, Audit and other means.
∎ To manage, monitor and facilitate Tax/VAT/Custom/Excise Duty and other related departments of the govt. & non-govt.
∎ Manage & monitor commercial (LC related) activities.
∎ Forecast short term and long-term financial needs of the company based on business plan and projects on hand, identify sources and mobilize funds at a low cost.
∎ Perform Risk management by analyzing the organizations liabilities & investments.
∎ Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports & manage vendor relationship.
∎ Set up & oversee the company's Finance IT system.
∎ Any other assignment not detailed herein & felt conducive by Management as and when necessary.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ Experience: Minimum 15 year(s) experience in the relevant field. Expertise in Pre-fabricated Steel Building Manufacturing Industries will be considered as added advantage.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Should be self motivated, dynamic leadership, negotiation, energetic & capable to work under pressure.
∎ In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
∎ Proficiency in computer Accounting Software (TALLY ERP9) and computer literacy.
∎ Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Should have vast knowledge in ISA, IFRS, Company Act, Labour Act etc.
∎ Good knowledge about Steel production machineries at Factory.
∎ Good communication skill and fluent in English.
