Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's in Accounting/Finance/Economics.
∎ CFA/CA/CMA/MBA (IBA major in Accounting or Finance)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To lead the overall financial management including budgeting and forecasting, capital management, cost and profit analysis, assessing risk of investments etc.
∎ To achieve company's short and long-term financial goals.
∎ Assist management to formulate and administer financial policy to ensure that financial discipline is maintained in the organization effectively and efficiently.
∎ Ensure that all financial policies of the organization are in compliance with the Statutory /Regulatory bodies. i.e.; BSEC, DSE, CSE, Bangladesh Bank, Bangladesh Investment Development Authority, RJSC, NBR with sound knowledge on BS &IS, IAS/IFRS.
∎ Plan and optimize clients satisfaction level and develop best financial practices in the organization local & abroad.
∎ Assist and advise the management in financial decision making and also brief the Board members with finance related information as and when required.
∎ Provide guidelines to the direct reports regarding the following matters: Capital Market, IPO, Bond, Capital Raising, Portfolio, Money Market, Foreign Fund & others.
∎ Maintaining Accounts.
∎ Financial Reporting
∎ Budget and Budgetary Control
∎ Conducting Statutory or Special Audit
∎ Corporate Tax and VAT Issues
∎ Automation
∎ Internal Control System
∎ Ensure all finance reports as required by management.
∎ Responsible for systemic gathering, analysis of market, industry. economic information related to credit risk. Further, analyze, existing credit product portfolio and provide credit intelligence to business, sales and credit underwriters.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Experience in Capital Market Institution locally /or internationally, Financial Institutions (Treasury & Foreign Fund related), Experience in Foreign countries in similar organization will be added an advantage.
