Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project Profile analysis
∎ Financial analysis, cost analysis
∎ Preparation of Prospectus for IPO, Bond, Right Share, Preference share, Foreign Fund etc.
∎ Financial reporting with regulatory authority
∎ Correspondence,
∎ Business development
∎ Individual target oriented

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Experience: Merchant Banking, Financial Institution
∎ English literacy A-Level
∎ Operational Excellence
∎ Innovative Focus
∎ Knowledge of Capital Market
∎ Ability to communicate, both in writing and orally in Bangla and English
∎ MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power point and latest knowledge and Information Technologies
∎ In case of extra-ordinary experiences and qualification age limit may be relaxed.
