Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum graduation from any accredited and reputed university major in Fashion Designing.
∎ Preference to be given to the graduates from Fashion schools.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Fashion Designing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Boutique/ Fashion, Buying House, Design/Printing/Publishing, Garments, Group of Companies, Multinational Companies, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Color up sketches on stats/pagination or for other presentation.
∎ Create header/sticker for design presentation.
∎ Special project color up for design meeting.
∎ Working on different patterns.
∎ Correctly modify flat sketches/illustration.
∎ Attend design meeting contributing visual aids when needed.
∎ Keep up to date with regard to software and hardware used in the creation of artwork.
∎ Render and fill flats/illustration based on exactly following exiting fabric swatch.
∎ Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
∎ Any other assignment assigned by the team leader from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3-5 years of hand on experience in a large reputed buying house/Garments factories, having multi-cultural environment.
∎ At least last 02 year of experiences in buying houses as Designer will be given extra preference.
∎ Must have thorough knowledge and understanding about the Solid working knowledge of Adobe Design Suite.
∎ Should have good communication skills both spoken and written in English and Bengali, ability to speak Hindi will be an added advantage.
∎ Should be able to work on own initiative under pressure.
