∎ Retired Army/ Navy/ Air force person shall have an added advantage.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Deputy in-charge of Walton Security Service & Walton corporate office
∎ Prepare security policies, protocols and procedures to ensure security of company assets and officers/employees and implement them subject to approval by authorities
∎ Conduct security risk assessments and take necessary steps to control identified risks
∎ Formulate and implement plans for establishing modern security systems including security equipment, selection of skilled security personnel
∎ Investigate security related incidents and submit its report to the management authority. At the same time maintain records of all security incidents
∎ Provide necessary training for security personal
∎ Ensure personal security of respected management authorities
∎ Ensure security compliance by implementing all rules and regulations related to security
∎ Any other task assign by HOD
