Job Responsibilities
· Planning and executing all secretarial duties as directed by the authority;
· Accomplishing the administrative works of IAHS as instructed by the authority;
· Adopting the prevailing policies, procedures; and giving necessary support to formulate proper policies according to the goal and objectives of the institution;
· Ensuring support to make recommendations to the Governing Body of IAHS;
· Ensuring support to the authority for scheduling appointments and meetings, including both internal meetings;
· Following up and reporting the development and implementation of short-term and long-term goals and plans;
· Transmitting directives or assignments to staff on behalf of the authority;
· Answering and screening calls/correspondence related to sensitive and confidential matters and determining appropriate action to be taken;
· Making draft presentations, talking points, executive briefings and situational reports on current initiatives or new policy, program, or system implementation;
· Supporting the superior in any complex and confidential administrative matters in assigned areas;
· Ensuring the proper communications with the Press and Public Relations on behalf of the institution;
· Ensuring and supervising the MBBS admission procedure as per direction of the authority;
· Assisting the Principal/Secretary for smooth communications with CMU, BM&DC, DG Health, DGME, Ministry, Controller of Exams office CMU, Dean Office CMC, etc on behalf of the institution;
· Assisting the Principal/Secretary for the inspections of regulatory bodies, eg CMU, BM&DC, DGME, DG Health, Ministry, etc;
· Assisting Principal, Management and Head of the departments in the academic and administrative functions.
