Skills Required: Income Tax Practitioner (ITP),Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax),VAT Compliance

Additional Requirements:
  • Minimum 05 years practical experience in Corporate Accounts & VAT/Income Tax Management.

  • Habituate with accounting and VAT software.  

  • Remaining alert on up-to-date accounting/VAT/tax rules & practices.

  • Should have the ability to accomplish the assigned work individually & timely.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Preparing TDS, VDS challan & submitting to authorized banks within stipulated time.

  • Ensure TDS & VDS deduction.

  • Regularly Check Challan Patraw (Mushok - 6.3) and VAT Deduction at Source (VDS) Certificate (Mushok-6.6) issue Against Suppliers` bills of the company.

  • Regularly supervise VAT Register, Purchase Register, Mushok - 6.1, Sales Register Mushok-6.2 and Transfer Challan Mushok-6.5 of the company.

  • Prepare monthly VAT return and submit to VAT office (Mushak-9.1) manual and online return submission and collection of Treasury Challan from Finance & Accounts Department.

  • Visit all RDC of the company and liaison with VAT Authority Circles, Division and Commissionerate Office.

  • Submitting monthly Tax & VAT statements to respective Tax & VAT Zones per the prescribed format of NBR.

  • Must have skills in local VAT, Tax practices & maintaining good relationships with respective tax/VAT zone.

  • Handling annual financial audits & submission of Tax files in respective tax zones.

  • Maintaining all tax related books and documents and monthly TDS report submission.

  • Working proactively to avoid any financial penalties/charges to a company that may result from the failure of Legal documents like trade license/ IRC, BIN permission, and late submission of VAT/Tax, etc.

  • Should have proper knowledge of Market expense to verify the invoice/voucher from vendors & to prevent fraudulent transactions.

  • Maintain proper filing of expense/earnings docs to present during the tax and VAT audit.

  • Any other work assigned by management.
