Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Financial Goals Achievement, Cost-Savings and managing revenue, income & expenses by the concern of Director Accounts & Finance.
∎ To establish plans, budgets, results of activities allocating resources.
∎ To review, monitor progress and make mid-course corrections.
∎ To coordinate efforts by establishing Standards of Process (SOP) for smooth operations.
∎ To Build Corporate Image practicing professional ethics and carrying out the jobs with integrity.
∎ Successful Implementation of ERP - Platform and its continuation in place of departmental works - Accounting, Procurement, Inventory, production, commercials, Budget & Bookings etc.
∎ To build, retain and improve continuously team performance individually & jointly.
∎ To retain Trainee assuring of career progress of them within the company in accordance with their performance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Higher Level of Management proficiency and vast knowledge on Costing within a production/manufacturing environment with overall costing and profitability responsibilities; process costing experience, knowledge of LIFO, FIFO and standard costing principals, Excellent business acumen, sound financial discipline, good interpersonal skills with teamwork based leadership quality, having third eye concept. Able to manage and drive individual and corporate performance to achieve strategic cost control goals of company to maximize profit and business efficiency.
