Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsible for Sales & Collection.
∎ To increase dealer outlets to cover the uncovered areas.
∎ Motivate and monitor sales representatives and distributors on sales activities.
∎ Conduct regular meeting with distributors and sales team to discuss target status and sales strategy.
∎ Prepare different reports showing the company's sales, market share, competition and market presence.
∎ To achieve sales and collection target for each month.
∎ Well deals with distributors & Retailers.
∎ Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly Market report.
∎ To ensure maximize Retailers & Dealers.
∎ Follow up sales activities, Target & others.
∎ Develop area for Retailers/Dealers.
∎ Revolve credit limit within approved credit limit.
∎ Recovery credit, control credit.
∎ To motivate and develop team member for better performance.
∎ Any other jobs as and when assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have minimum 7 years' experience on cement sales.
∎ Good interpersonal skill.
∎ Planning & organizing skill.
∎ Self-motivated & flexible.
∎ Sincerity & Responsibility.
