Skills Required: italian language
Additional Requirements:
Candidate must have sufficient language skill (B2 or C1 or C2) in Italian language.
Must be customer oriented.
Candidates experienced in BPO industry, telecommunication, airlines, customer cate, hotel shall be preferred but it’s not a mandatory requirement.
Responsibilities & Context:
To maintain effective communication with Italian Officials.
To ensure day-to-day office activities.
Conduct regular Audits for all processes & implement all new process rollouts or changes.
To ensure customer satisfaction.
To ensure local & international compliance, 100% implementation of SOP standards.
To ensure team building. Staff supervision & guidance.
Coordinate with different department like HR, Finance, Procurement, Administration, Quality, Branding etc.
Manage daily operations of the center. Lead new process rollouts at Visa Application Centers.
Collaborate with Value-Added Services team to create new revenue channels.
Ensure adherence to corporate security policies.
Manage unit efficiency, productivity, and alignment with team goals.
Ensure compliance with processes and Service Level Agreements.
