Job Context:
∎ Automotive experience candidates will get preference.
∎ This position will be responsible for all accounts and financial functionalities of Automobile/ Tractor Division of IFAD Group. Manager/ Deputy Manager, Accounts & Finance will oversee the accounting functions with a focus on ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of business performance, financial statements & reporting. He will have one direct and several indirect reports and will work to allocate tasks evenly across the team. He will be responsible for driving team performance and getting the most out of individual contributors.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare financial report Monthly, Quarterly and yearly basis.
∎ Prepare yearly budget and monitor budget vs Actual reporting to management.
∎ Recovery collection reporting to management.
∎ Stock, reporting to management (New, seized parts and Oil)
∎ MIS reporting as management given time to time.
∎ Inventory reconciliation of spare, Lube along with warranty given and make monthly report reconciliation.
∎ Ensure monthly collection report from All the sales & Recovery.
∎ Ensure posting of all invoice & vouchers to software. Product costing and assist to prepare sales price.
∎ To maintain seize tractor information release and its re-sales and distress pricing daily basis.
∎ Loan interest calculation of Long term & LTR and payment
∎ Due Dp reporting monthly basis and monitoring
∎ Total files sales and recovery ensure.
∎ Monitor and evaluate file closing and record the closed file and ensure customer get the ownership.
∎ Warranty claim ensure and reconcile.
∎ Recovery sheet send on monthly basis to sales and recovery officers.
∎ Money receipt monitoring and reconciliation and reporting
∎ L/C wise cost calculation of spare parts.
∎ Handle other responsibilities and projects, as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate will get preference only experience in the following sector: Tractor,2/3 wheeler, Automotive and commercial vehicles .
Salary: Negotiable
