Our Fire Protection & Safety System Division specializes in delivering end-to-end, NFPA- and BNBC-compliant fire protection solutions.

We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager to lead both the Commercial/Sales Strategy and On-Site Execution for our Fire Safety division.

Major Job responsibilities:

-Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industrial factories, pharmaceutical complexes, commercial buildings, and infrastructure projects for fire protection systems.

-Prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimations, and technical proposals for complete fire safety packages

-Ensure all proposed and executed fire protection layouts strictly adhere to NFPA standards (NFPA 10, 13, 14, 20, 72, 2001), BNBC, and local fire service regulations.

-Lead the complete execution cycle—from initial site mobilization and material procurement to installation, testing, and final handover

-Manage project execution budgets, Submit Invoice, monitor actual vs. estimated costs, and protect project profit margins
