We've Agri Machineries (Tractor, Harvester, Power Tiller, Diesel Engine, Rice Transplanter & Water Pump), Automobiles (Yamaha Motorcycles), Infrastructural Equipment (Kobelco, Case, Lovol & Ajax), Tire (CEAT), Commercial Vehicles (Foton) & Diesel Generator (YorPower, Himoinsa & Wechai) etc. in our product line.
∎ To continue the business growth and sustainability, we're looking for suitable job incumbent who will be responsible for communicating with the principals, formulating and implementing business plan as well as efficiently manage the operations to deliver competitive products and services for continuous growth and profitability.
∎ Formulating long and short terms strategy for Bus & Minibus business and finalizing business plan in line with corporate expectation and goals.
∎ Develop sales team in undertaking aggressive sales & distribution plans by appointing appropriate distributors/ channel partners, designing field force incentive programs and undertaking various skill development programs.
∎ Set national target and formulate marketing, advertising and promotional strategies to achieve national target, growth & market share.
∎ Achieve monthly, quarterly, half yearly & yearly sales goals & target of the company.
∎ Recommend product positioning and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share.
∎ Oversee and evaluates market research and adjusts sales strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
∎ Monitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
∎ Develop appropriate promotional strategies and ensure effective implementation within given budget.
