Job Context:
∎ Work Schedule: 6 days a week, 9 hours per day including 1 hour break for meals and rest.
∎ Probation Period: 3 months
∎ This is a full-time on-site job
Job Responsibilities:
∎ · Analyses accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports
∎ · Coordinating preparing and maintaining purchase orders, invoices, and payment orders.
∎ · Support the management in arriving at profitability analysis, product pricing, project costing, budgeting, MIS, etc
∎ · Conducting reconciliation of banking transactions.
∎ · Analyzing financial information in order to identify discrepancies.
∎ · Review all financial records, systems, and control processes of the company as per accounting standards.
∎ · Preparation of monthly, quarterly, half-yearly accounts.
∎ · Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for Taxation.
∎ · Oversee the accounting function including maintenance of the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
∎ · Handling company & personal Tax & VAT planning.
