Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ Having solid knowledge on laws, regulations and acts regarding Internal Control & Compliance, Audit & Inspection and Legal Affairs
∎ Willingness to travel at any office in the country as per decision from the Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts and audit, Finance/ Accounts, Internal Audit
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Hotel, Audit Firms /Tax Consultant
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Implement the COSO INTERNAL CONTROL - INTEGRATED FRAMEWORK and ISO 31000 standards.
∎ To carry out day to day monitoring of overall operation of different business units, maintaining incidents log with action taken and improvement plan and Reporting to the MD/BOD
∎ To Collect daily, monthly reports of different unit and do internal check and analysis
∎ To Carry Out Pre-Audit and Post Audit of Procurement and other transactions on real time basis
∎ To solve the operational conflicts of different departments, Take leadership in solving day to day operational issues
∎ Execute internal audits on regular basis as per plan, policy and strategy as approved by the competent authority
∎ Address issues relating to the work of Risk, Legal, Compliance and other control related activities complying with the guidelines
∎ Performance Review of different business units
∎ Preparation and Maintenance of management reports with supporting documents
∎ Investigation Audit for Prevention and Detection of Fraud
∎ Compliance Audit to maintain standard operating procedures
∎ To follow up the status of compliance
∎ To ensure whether financial reporting are supported by related documents and standard procedures were followed
∎ Carry out other responsibilities as may be required time to time by the competent authority
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 36 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
