Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities

As the Assistant Manager, you will support the Deputy Manager and Call Center Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring telesales operations. You will be directly responsible for driving sales conversions and optimizing agent performance. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assist in leading, coaching, and monitoring the telesales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

  • Follow up on leads, ensure timely customer communication, and maximize conversion rates.

  • Conduct regular quality checks on calls and ensure communication standards are maintained.

  • Prepare daily sales reports, maintain CRM data, and track key metrics.

  • Train and mentor new agents on call handling, product knowledge, and upselling techniques.

  • Support in designing call scripts, offers, and communication strategies.

  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to launch and monitor promotional campaigns.

  • Contribute to process improvements and performance optimization initiatives.
