Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Finance, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting Information System
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Auditing, Finance, Payroll, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax), Tax Law
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain autonomously the accounting of the company
∎ Accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll.
∎ Proceed to the recording of accounting data and ensure a proper filling.
∎ Check and verify the accounting data against internal and external regulations
∎ Ensuring the respect of deadlines and the reliability of elaborated documents
∎ Issue on time payments to local subcontractors and suppliers
∎ Be responsible for the banking operations of disbursements and receipts
∎ Prepare tax returns, Researching income tax matters for various entities;
∎ Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports
∎ Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes
∎ Responsible for Income-tax planning, maintaining of books of accounts and preparation of Financial Statements with required schedules for the income-tax requisites
∎ Responsible for periodic submission of VAT returns &TDS and of every aspects of VAT/TDS of the company.
∎ Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation
∎ Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management
∎ Participate in group financial reports.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Fluent English, including good English report writing & Presentation skills
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills (English is mandatory).
∎ Proficient in MS Office applications.
∎ Strong analytical skills and able to work under pressure.
∎ Able to evaluate multiple highly detailed tasks, determine priorities and organize work for maximum delivery result.
∎ High level of integrity, initiative and result oriented.
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 50000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Over time allowance
