Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage and monitor all operational activities related to accounting & Finance.
∎ Manage the end-to-end procedure of the construction material-related Letter of Credit (LC).
∎ Understanding of the materials related to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire, and interior decor.
∎ Manage, track and monitor the inventory items of the project.
∎ Supervising all kinds of payment instructions to the Bank from the concerned unit to the Top Management
∎ Ensure fund availability to meet payment obligations in a timely & cost-effective manner.
∎ Reviewing the company's accounts aligns with the leader’s covenant and all applicable compliances.
∎ Direct and control the timely production of audited accounts and maintain liaison with external auditors.
∎ Review financial statements as required by management and regulatory authorities.
∎ Develop and maintain strong cross-functional relationships across the company.
∎ Maintain relationships with banks and external stakeholders.
∎ Perform the role of cost controller for the project.
∎ Conduct accurate Inter-Company Reconciliation Procedure
∎ Working with the Project team to review any agreements/contracts with suppliers/contractors.
