Responsibilities & Context:
  • Ensure that products are manufactured, tested, and released in full compliance with quality standards.

  • Support manufacturing operations by improving product and process quality through quality management techniques, including first time quality (FTQ) initiatives, identify and implement improvement projects to enhance efficiency, product quality, and cost-effectiveness.

  • Meet technical Quality Control audit requirements and maintain standards aligned with the local market.

  • Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 (if applicable).

  • Ensure proper documentation, control, and updating of SOPs, WI, and quality records and Support internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit findings.

  • Monitor incoming, in-process, and final product quality (Raw materials, SFG, FG).

  • Ensure compliance with approved specifications, drawings, and customer requirements.

  • Analyze process capability, defects, and rejection trends; initiate corrective actions.

  • Handle customer complaints, CAPA, and root cause analysis.

  • Coordinate with Sales, Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain on quality issues.

  • Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and standards.

  • Drive cost reduction through quality improvement and waste elimination.

  • Promote a strong quality culture across the organization.

  • Lead Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma, and Lean Quality initiatives.

  • Approve corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

  • Recommend process improvements and quality investments to management.

  • Ensure the Quality Control system is consistently updated, maintained, and effectively implemented.
