Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide leadership and guidance to the creative design team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
∎ Collaborate with the Head of Creative Design to develop and execute creative strategies that support the organization's goals and objectives.
∎ Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe After Effects.Should have artistic mind to create & visualize the product.Preferred application for 3d workflow: Autodesk Maya, 3d studio max and Cinema 4d.
∎ Oversee the conceptualization, design, and production of visual assets across various channels, including digital platforms, print materials, and multimedia content.
∎ Provide creative direction and ensure the consistency and quality of design output, adhering to brand guidelines and standards.
∎ Review and approve design concepts, layouts, and final deliverables to ensure they meet project requirements and exceed expectations.
∎ Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to understand their design needs and deliver effective solutions.
