∎ Master degree in any discipline
∎ Business background will be given preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Training Center Management, Training in NGO Sector
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Training needs analysis, training curriculum, lesson plan, module and material develop.
∎ Training organizes, coordination, facilitation & manage training effectively
∎ Enhance the capacity of trainer team
∎ Prepare yearly budget of training center.
∎ Ensure all of financial transaction are running as per organization & departmental policy.
∎ Lead whole team (service & academy) of training center.
∎ Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Minimum 3 years' experience in development sector especially in Micro Finance sector.
∎ Hands on experience in training and development.
∎ Very good analytical skills.
∎ Sound knowledge in Microsoft Office (Power Point, MS Word & MS Excel)
Salary: Tk. 55000 - 65000 (Monthly)

∎ Festival Bonus: 2 (Yearly)
∎ Mobile bill, increment opportunity, PF & Gratuity will be availed after confirmation
