Modern Holdings Ltd. is a leading real estate and property development concern of Anwer Khan Modern Group, engaged in residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic professional to lead our Real Estate operations as Deputy General Manager (DGM).
The DGM – Real Estate will play a key leadership role in planning, developing, and managing real estate projects, ensuring timely execution, financial efficiency, and high-quality standards.
Develop and implement strategic plans for real estate development projects.
Identify new land acquisition opportunities and project feasibility.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and investment planning.
Prepare project proposals, feasibility reports, and development plans.
Oversee the planning, design, construction, and handover of real estate projects.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
Monitor project progress, risk management, and compliance with regulations.
Prepare project budgets, cost estimates, and financial forecasts.
Ensure effective cost control and resource utilization.
Supervise procurement, contract negotiation, and vendor management.
Monitor sales progress and collaborate with marketing and sales teams.
Ensure compliance with government regulations, building codes, and legal requirements.
Liaise with RAJUK and other regulatory authorities for approvals and documentation.
Lead and supervise project, engineering, and operations teams.
Develop performance targets and ensure efficient workforce management.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Real Estate / Construction Management.
MBA or Master’s degree in Management/Real Estate will be an added advantage.
Minimum 10–15 years of experience in real estate development.
At least 5 years in a senior managerial role.
Proven experience in large-scale residential/commercial projects.
Strong leadership and project management capability.
Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Financial planning and budgeting expertise.
Strategic thinking and decision-making ability.
Strong communication skills in English and Bangla.
