Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
∎ Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions.
∎ Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
∎ Manage cash flow, working capital, and investment decisions.
∎ Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, auditors, and financial institutions.
∎ Represent the Finance and Accounts department in meetings and negotiations.
∎ Build strong relationships to support business objectives.
∎ Lead internal and external audits.
∎ Implement robust internal controls and risk management practices.
∎ Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure adherence.
∎ Contribute to financial policy formulation.
∎ Provide insights for strategic decision-making.
∎ Drive process improvements and efficiency.
