Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Civil/ EEE/ Mechanical/ Computer Science & Engineering degree from any reputed University with a strong academic background. Post-graduation degree in relevant subject will be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ (Not limited to below)
∎ Strong writing skills in Project Proposal writing, case-study write-up and report writing for TVET projects.
∎ Contribute to developing, customizing, reviewing, and updating interactive training material, assessment tools and activities in accordance with skills training requirements.
∎ Use a variety of credible information sources to obtain subject/trade/occupation-based relevant up-to-date information.
∎ Produce market-oriented and tailor-made competency-based learning material that can be practically applied to the workplace.
∎ Contribute to the skills trainer/instructor development through ToT and play an active role in the material development team.
∎ Support monitoring and evaluation units for trainer performance assessment and training quality evaluation.
∎ Support other units as requested.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Have 10 year(s) of working experience in the TVET Training and Training materials development sector.
∎ Must be skilled in computer/ICT.
∎ Have excellent written & verbal communication skills both in English & Bengali.
∎ Skilled in communication at the National, International & Field level.
∎ Able to format course material.
∎ Able to meet strict deadlines.
∎ Content creation/ Strong writing skills
∎ Key Qualities:
∎ Strong understanding of TVET (familiarity with the skills sector of Bangladesh)

Salary:
∎ As per 5th grade of TMSS Pay Scale gross salary is 51,060/- in provision period 41,400/-
