Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's Degree in any discipline from any recognized University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Education Administration/ Management, QUALITY ASSURANCE
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make a stocks tacking and status of SUB's current academic and other activities by maintaining discipline-wise and time-wise category.
∎ Identify the issues related to quality and ranking enhancement of SUB with their present quality and quantitative level.
∎ Make a list of global ranking organizations with their organization-wise specific requirements to be full-filled by SUB.
∎ Categorically identify the activities where SUB should develop its skill and efficiency to attain higher ranking status.
∎ Prepare necessary recommendations to enhance the overall global ranking of SUB.
∎ Prepare and process quality reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
∎ Organize training program for faculty members on quality assurance mechanisms.
∎ Organize workshop to promote quality assurance culture within the university.
∎ Preserving, analyzing and distributing of statistical information.
∎ Maintains quality culture by enforcing quality assurance policies and University Grants Commission's requirements; collaborating with other members of management.
∎ Determining, negotiating and agreeing with the in-house quality procedures, standards and/or specifications.
∎ Completes quality assurance operational requirements by scheduling and assigning members and follow up on work results.
∎ Achieve financial objective by preparing the quality assurance budget; scheduling expenditure; analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.
∎ Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ Preference will be given to candidate with background in Research on Quality Higher Education having 08 years experience in relevant field. Good communication in English and Computer Literacy is a must.
