Additional Requirements:
Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, including at least 03 years as Assistant Director or equivalent role in internal audit.
Proven track record of independently managing the internal audit function in a reputed academic, corporate, or development organization.
In-depth knowledge of internal auditing principles, risk-based audit methodologies, and financial governance practices.
Ability to design and implement internal audit policies, annual audit plans, and risk management frameworks aligned with institutional goals.
Strong capability in identifying process inefficiencies, recommending control improvements, and ensuring implementation of corrective actions.
Excellent analytical, investigative, and decision-making abilities with high attention to accuracy and detail.
High level of integrity, objectivity, and professionalism in handling confidential matters.
Proficiency in financial systems, ERP platforms, and MS Office applications.
