Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's Degree in Social Science with Laws/ Development Studies

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ At least 10 Years in NGO's/ Relevant field.
∎ Masters in Social Science with NGO and Development/ Land Human Rights Laws background.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills, fluency in English spoken and writing reports along with computer proficiency are other pre-requisites and able to pick up the problems from the Rural Poor and contribute to building up and Organization leading towards the ESCR, Civil & Political Rights/ CEDAW/ SDGs as well.
∎ Minimum 10 years' experience in Development and NGO sector with Human Rights approach.
∎ Good knowledge about Computer in MS Word, Excel, Power point and also Email & Internet browsing along with the idea of digitalization.
∎ Ability to think broadly and strategically act locally staying with Rural Somities.
∎ Male and Female candidates are equally preferable.
∎ Able to frequent travel to the working areas by Motorbikes with valid Driving License.
∎ Write down an "Abstract of Land Rights issue" with the application (mandatory)

Salary: Tk. 62000 (Monthly)
