Job Context:
∎ Employment Type: Permanent Full Time
∎ Nutrition International`s Operations unit is a dedicated team of program implementation experts who are responsible for contributing to the overall management of NI`s field operations in Asia and Africa. This position will report to Country Director, Bangladesh, and will be responsible for effectively managing all aspects of the implementation and development of the program and support functions to facilitate the implementation of Nutrition International`s (NI) (former Micronutrient Initiative) strategic objectives and country strategy in Bangladesh.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 10 years experience in international development organizations and in particular maternal and child health and nutrition and fortification programs or related fields in Bangladesh including at least 4-5 years of leadership experience is preferred.
∎ At least 10 years of experience in dealing with donors and government officials.
∎ At least 4-5 years experience of in supervising, mentoring, and coaching senior and experienced staff.
∎ Extensive experience in managing complex projects and programs.
