Job Responsibilities

• Assist dental technicians in daily laboratory operations and case processing.

• Support CAD/CAM processes including scanning preparation, case labeling, and documentation.

• Handle dental impressions, models, crowns, bridges, and prosthetic components carefully and accurately.

• Prepare materials and tools required for different stages of dental production.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sterilization of laboratory equipment and workstations.

• Follow laboratory safety guidelines, infection control protocols, and quality standards at all times.

• Perform routine quality checks to ensure products meet design specifications and lab standards.

• Maintain proper records of incoming cases, work progress, and completed deliveries.

• Assist in packing, labeling, and dispatching finished dental products.

• Coordinate with technicians, designers, and supervisors to meet production deadlines.

• Support inventory control by monitoring materials, tools, and consumables.

• Report any equipment issues, material shortages, or quality concerns to supervisors.

• Ensure proper storage and handling of sensitive dental materials and digital data.

• Follow instructions from senior technicians, supervisors, and foreign experts accurately.

• Maintain confidentiality of client, dentist, and laboratory information.

• Participate in training sessions to improve technical knowledge and laboratory skills.

• Perform any other duties assigned by management related to laboratory support operations.
